New mixed-use
development building :
This new mixed-use development building consists of a commercial mall, office and a residential housing on the top level. The building is designed to efficiently use climatic resources for heating, cooling and lighting. Glass facades are placed facing away from the sun. Design of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems are taken into consideration as well.
